As a Junior Creative & Communications Associate in our company located at Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, you will play a vital role in supporting our vertical by creating high-quality social media creatives, videos, emailers, newsletters, and business presentations. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of design, communication, and basic video editing skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and brand consistency. You should be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, education-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design various social media creatives such as static posts, carousels, stories, and reels. - Edit short-form videos and reels using basic video editing tools. - Develop emailers, newsletters, and digital marketing collateral following brand guidelines. - Create business presentations, pitch decks, and client-ready documents. - Assist in drafting and formatting business proposals. - Manage Google Forms to streamline processes. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail across all design and communication outputs. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to transform briefs into polished, on-brand creatives. - Provide support for day-to-day communication and content requirements of the vertical. **Qualifications:** - 01 year of prior experience in graphic design, digital marketing, marketing communications (not sales), and social media marketing, preferably in the K-12 space. **Skills Required:** - Proficiency in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator). - Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, layout, color, and typography. - Ability to create business decks, proposals, and structured presentations. - Proficiency in designing emailers and newsletters. - Comfortable using Google Forms, Docs, and Sheets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-motivated, highly energetic, and able to work effectively in teams.
