Junior content writer

Responsibilities:

• Write scroll-stopping social media captions, carousels, and reel scripts
• Understand and adapt to different brand tones (quirky, premium, bold, etc.)
• Research trends, hooks, formats, and content angles relevant to each client’s niche
• Support in drafting campaign ideas, content calendars, and post copies
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop content ideas
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form and snackable formats

Requirements:

• Excellent command over written English (bonus if you can write in Hinglish too)
• A love for storytelling, internet culture, and witty writing
• Basic understanding of social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ability to write fast, meet deadlines, and take feedback with grace
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Bonus: understanding of hooks, storytelling structures, and viral content trendsWhat We’re Looking For:
