Junior Cinematographer

You are a passionate and creative Junior Cinematographer sought by Owleto to join the media production wing, Owleto Mentorum. Your role is crucial in capturing high-quality visuals that embody Owleto's brand identity and creative vision. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to craft the visual style and mood of each project, operating cameras, and supervising the camera crew during shoots. You will be responsible for selecting suitable camera equipment, lenses, and lighting setups, as well as planning and executing shot compositions, camera movements, and framing. Ensuring proper lighting and exposure for desired aesthetics, managing on-set lighting and camera setups efficiently, and working closely with post-production teams to maintain visual consistency and quality are also key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cinematography or related media production roles, with a proven track record in product photography, videography, or related areas. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is essential. A solid understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory, coupled with the ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality, will set you up for success. Familiarity with professional camera systems like RED, ARRI, Canon, Sony is required, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A degree or diploma in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred.
