Junior Captain / Senior Waiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Captains / Senior Waiters to join our service team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in F&B service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy

Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently

Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly

Supervise and guide junior wait staff when required

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Experience in restaurants/hotels as Senior Waiter or similar role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
