Job Description: You will play a crucial role in handling tax litigation cases for our clients. Your responsibilities will include representing clients in Income Tax, GST, and other direct/indirect tax matters before different authorities such as Assessing Officers, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and other appellate forums. Your keen interest in tax litigation and attention to detail will be essential in providing effective legal support to our clients.
