Junior Architect

As a Senior Architect at our Sonarpur, Kamalgazi location, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion. With over 5 years of experience, your visionary design skills, strong leadership qualities, and deep technical expertise will be essential in overseeing teams, managing clients, and delivering high-quality solutions within the specified budget and timeline. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing architectural projects throughout all stages, from conceptualization to construction completion. Additionally, you will be supervising and mentoring junior team members and interns, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability requirements, preparing design proposals and progress reports, reviewing drawings for accuracy, managing project budgets and resources, and coordinating with various consultants. To excel in this role, you must be a Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, have a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and scales, possess proficiency in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, excel in communication and leadership skills, and have a good understanding of sustainable design principles and building codes. On the other hand, as a Junior Architect at the same Sonarpur, Kamalgazi location, you will be responsible for supporting our architectural team in the design and documentation of projects. With 3 years of experience, you will assist in the preparation of design drawings, models, and construction documents, support senior architects in project development, research materials and regulations, participate in site visits and construction administration, coordinate with consultants, and contribute creatively to design discussions. To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural office or internship, proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, attention to detail, willingness to learn, good communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of architectural concepts, drawings, and building systems.
