Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to assist in the design and execution of commercial interior projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for commercial interior projects.

• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to create detailed drawings, models, and specifications.

• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

• Prepare architectural documents, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to facilitate project execution.
• Research materials, finishes, and furniture to support design concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
• Support the team in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Qualifications:
• • Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
