Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Require Male Candidate

Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and designs for real estate projects.
Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software.
Support the creation of construction drawings, municipal approval drawings, and working drawings.
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and verify design implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP, contractors).
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Assist in preparing material specifications, BOQs, and design reports.
Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions during project discussions.
