Junior Architect – EPC Design & Build Projects

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in preparing design concepts, working drawings, presentations, and construction documentation.

• Support the development of architectural plans ensuring coordination with structural, MEP, and planning teams.

• Participate in design discussions, workshops, and client meetings to understand project requirements and deliverables.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project standards.

• Prepare and manage architectural documentation for statutory approvals.

• Conduct site visits for design implementation checks and coordination with execution teams.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.

• Basic understanding of construction methods, detailing, and material specifications.

• Good design sense, drafting accuracy, and ability to interpret technical drawings.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Registration with the Council of Architecture (or eligibility to register).

• Exposure to EPC Design & Build or large-scale government projects will be an advantage.
