About Us Fulcrum Style is a boutique interior furnishing and design studio with nearly two decades of experience in delivering premium residential interiors across Bangalore and beyond. We've had the privilege of working with prominent architects like Sandeep Khosla and Kabir Hira, and have executed high-end projects including the interiors for Four Seasons Hotel Bangalore. Currently, we are engaged with select HNI clients and are poised for an exciting rebrand and growth phase. Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Architect with strong foundational knowledge in architectural design, an eye for detail, and the confidence to communicate effectively with high-value clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent architecture graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow alongside a firm that values creativity, discipline, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the design and detailing of high-end residential interior projects • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD • Conduct site visits, take measurements, and support project execution • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders • Support senior architects and designers in design development • Attend client meetings and communicate design intent with clarity and professionalism • Ensure design accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery of work Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential • Knowledge of basic design tools like SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is an added advantage • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A presentable, professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic project environment Compensation INR 25,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience) Why Join Us? • Work closely with experienced architects and renowned interior designers • Get exposure to premium projects and high-profile clientele • Be a part of Fulcrum Style’s reinvention journey and growing legacy • Collaborative and mentoring work culture
