Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at Maksh Architects, you will have the opportunity to assist senior architects in conceptualizing and designing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing drawings, 3D models, and renderings using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit. You will also support project documentation and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately executed. Additionally, you will contribute creative ideas during design development and be prepared to travel for site visits and client meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and designing various projects. - Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools. - Support project documentation, including working drawings, specifications, and presentations. - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design intent. - Contribute creative ideas during design development and brainstorming sessions. - Travel for site visits, client meetings, and project requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. - Proven experience in SketchUp with a minimum of 20 projects. - Hands-on experience with at least 10 residential working drawings and 10 commercial projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Strong visualization, design, and presentation skills. - Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively. - Good communication skills.
