Junior Architect / Intern

As an Intern in architecture at our growing architecture and interior design studio, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects in hospitality, high-rise buildings, farmhouses, commercial spaces, retail outlets, and interior design. Our practice focuses on innovation, functionality, and creating timeless design solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with conceptual and working drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentation layouts. - Support design development, research, and material/vendor coordination. - Collaborate with consultants such as structural and MEP engineers. - Participate in site visits, client interactions, and project documentation. - Actively contribute creative ideas to design discussions. - Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth project execution. **Qualifications:** - Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's of Architecture. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is a plus). - Basic understanding of building bye-laws, redevelopment policies, and detailing. - Strong design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. - Freshers welcome; prior internship experience is an advantage.
