Job Description

Role Overview: As a Junior Architect in the furniture design team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of innovative furniture concepts, interior layouts, and space solutions that meet the design philosophy and client requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with architects, designers, engineers, and production teams to bring design ideas to life in manufacturable and market-ready furniture products. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and visualizing furniture and interior design concepts. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards. - Support in space planning, material selection, and furniture detailing. - Collaborate with senior architects and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with manufacturing capabilities. - Participate in site visits and client meetings as needed. - Maintain design documentation, drawings, and project files. - Stay updated on trends in furniture design, materials, and sustainable practices. - Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for prototypes and sample development. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Masters degree preferred). - 02 years of experience in architecture, furniture design, or related fields. - Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Knowledge of 3D visualization tools. - Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture manufacturing processes is an advantage.
