Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Natural inclination for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
• Strong ability to visualize and conceptualize spaces.
• Ability to understand and express design ideas clearly.
• Focus and attention to detail during long meetings, site visits, and product showroom tours.
• Self-sufficiency in managing tasks from concept to completion, with minimal need for follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, ensuring they're completed on time and to standard.

• Revit and Lumion Training:

• You will be working extensively with

  Revit

  to develop Architecture designs.

  Revit training

  will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped to use this software effectively. In addition, you will work with

  Lumion

  to create preliminary material applications and visual representations of design ideas.

  Lumion training

  will also be provided, allowing you to enhance your ability to bring design concepts to life.

• Client, Vendor, and Contractor Interactions:

• You will attend meetings with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will gradually take on a more active role in presenting to clients and engaging with them directly. The office supports your development, and you will be given opportunities to present your work when your knowledge and skills are ready, ensuring proper execution and confidence in your presentations.

• Communication:

• Clear and effective written communication via email and WhatsApp with internal teams, clients, and vendors is required. All messages should be comprehensive and precise to avoid confusion.

• Self-management:

• You will be expected to proactively manage your tasks and escalate issues to the appropriate people when necessary. Actively seek solutions from other experts in the office when you encounter challenges that cannot be solved on your own. This role encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

• MEP Coordination:

• You will coordinate with

  MEP consultants

  and vendors, learning to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in relation to Architecture design.
