Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of architectural principles and design concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations. A portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and project experience. Responsibilities Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, plans, and presentations. Produce detailed working drawings, sketches, and 3D models using architectural software. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and integration. Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather project information and feedback. Research applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design standards. Contribute to the preparation of design presentations, sales plans, and project documentation. Collaborate with project teams to meet design milestones and delivery deadlines. Organize and maintain project documentation, drawings, and reference materials.
