Junior Architect

Candidate should be responsible for planning, preparing, updation & finalizing working drawings, tracking progress at site, client handling, vendor coordination.
Should possess good knowledge about construction Rules/guidelines for Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings under the supervision of senior architects.

Create and modify 2D and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Help prepare project presentations, conceptual designs, and visualizations for client meetings.

Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for design development and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Prepare technical documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and project reports.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes and regulations.

Participate in the preparation and presentation of design proposals and design concepts.

Assist with the coordination of project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Help review and assess architectural drawings for accuracy and design quality.
