If you have an eye for design and a problem-solving mindset, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** - Creating innovative design concepts and layouts using 2D & 3D design tools. - Developing design presentations, mood boards, and sample boards to communicate ideas effectively with the team & clients. - Researching and recommending materials, finishes, and furnishings for various projects. - Participating in client meetings to understand requirements and gather feedback. - Collaborating with senior designers, project managers, and contractors for seamless project execution. - Conducting site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve any issues. - Staying updated on design trends, materials, and software advancements to enhance project quality. - Refining designs based on feedback to align with project goals. - Supporting in maintaining project timelines and documentation to ensure a smooth workflow. **Skills & Qualities:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must. - Hiring for Junior & Senior Designers (Work experience ranging from 0-4 years). - Strong understanding of architecture and interior design projects, including residential and commercial spaces. - Creative thinking with an eye for detail, ensuring designs are both aesthetic and functional. - Proficiency in 2D & 3D modeling, with expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. - Strong communication skills to convey ideas effectively to clients and team members. - Problem-solving mindset to address site execution challenges and ensure seamless project operations.
