Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting, good communication skills, and practical knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and enter bills, invoices, and expenses into QuickBooks Online.
Maintain accurate accounting records and organise financial documents.
Handle basic accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Assist with bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, organise, and analyse accounting data.
Review entries for accuracy and clarify any discrepancies when required.
Coordinate with the team to complete accounting tasks on time.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Practical knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote working environment.
