Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Timing: Monday - Saturday (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a student-focused approach, and an interest in education counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about academic courses, programs, and career options.
• Handle student inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up data.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
• Provide post-enrollment support and address student concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the education sector.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in academic counseling or customer service (optional).
• Knowledge of educational courses and admission processes.
