Our mission is to make learning playful, and we’re on the lookout for a Partnerships & Operations Executive who shares our love for education, toys, and creating magical moments for children. If you enjoy juggling between partners, events, and logistics, this role is made for you! Key Responsibilities & Skills Build Partnerships Scout, approach, and onboard potential retail, distribution, and brand partners. Prepare and share product databases/catalogues/marketing content for partner communication Nurture long-term relationships that help us grow together. Operations & Logistics Oversee accurate packing and timely delivery of orders. Track inventory, maintain records, and manage dispatches. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and couriers for smooth fulfillment. Exhibitions & Event Support Help plan and set up our stalls at exhibitions and fairs. Be the face of Jugo Play- Represent Jugo Play at events, engaging with customers and partners. Support event-related sales and promotional activities. Core Competencies Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving & negotiation skills Willingness to take initiative and learn on the job Education Bachelor’s Degree – Business / Marketing / Communications / Related Field preferred Relevant work experience or internships in operations, partnerships, sales, or event coordination is a plus.
