About the Role We are seeking an energetic and skilled English Trainer to deliver high-impact language and communication training for college students transitioning into the corporate world. The trainer will design and deliver engaging sessions focused on enhancing verbal, written, and professional communication aligned with global workplace expectations. Key Responsibilities Deliver English language, communication, and soft skills sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students preparing for corporate careers. Train learners in areas such as spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, email writing, and interview preparation . Develop customized lesson plans and assessments aligned with CEFR levels and Cambridge communication frameworks . Use interactive and activity-based methodologies to improve learner engagement and measurable outcomes. Provide individual feedback and mentoring to students to build confidence and workplace readiness. Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training content with industry communication needs . Track learner progress, maintain reports, and ensure quality delivery in line with institutional and Cambridge standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Communication / Education. CELTA / Cambridge English Trainer certification (mandatory). 1–3 years of classroom or corporate training experience. Strong command of English grammar, pronunciation, and modern teaching methodologies. Familiarity with CEFR levels , Cambridge training frameworks , or IELTS preparation preferred. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills. Comfort with digital learning tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, Learning Management Systems).
