Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager – Finance and accounts Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Experience: 4-5 years in a CA firm Preferred Qualification: CA Inter / CA Dropout / Semi-qualified Key Responsibilities: Manage GST compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and advisory. Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, payments, and quarterly filings. Prepare and file Income Tax returns, advance tax calculations, and related advisory. Ensure compliance with all statutory & regulatory requirements Assist in financial statements preparation, tax audits, and internal audits. Conduct ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts. Manage and guide junior team members in executing financial accounting and compliance tasks and managing and finalizing books of accounts. Coordinate with clients and tax authorities Utilize Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting. Ability to handle and supervise team. Key Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in a CA firm with exposure to diverse industries. Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial accounting and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in Excel Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of software’s such as Computax, Tally, Zoho, Busy is must.
