Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers. Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in Noida & Greater Noida. Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (farmhouse/property sales experience preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong geographical knowledge of Noida & Greater Noida real estate market. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
