Documentation : They are responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, including medical charts, progress notes, and other necessary documentation. Shift Work : Junior Residents often work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure continuous patient care in a hospital setting. Supervision : While they have the opportunity to practice medicine, Junior Residents work under the supervision of more experienced medical professionals.
