Jr. Web Developer

As a Jr Web Developer with SEO Knowledge at Beat Educations in Calicut, Kerala, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will also build, customize, and manage WordPress websites, implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Regular SEO audits using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console will be part of your tasks, along with collaborating with the marketing team for SEO-friendly landing pages and content. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations, is essential. You should have a good understanding of SEO techniques and tools, along with knowledge of website performance optimization. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required for this role. Additionally, having your own laptop for daily work is a must. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in web development and 1 year of experience in SEO. Familiarity with UI/UX and digital marketing would be a plus.
