Job Overview

Reliance Animation Studios Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Jr. Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our Social Media Team. The role involves editing animated content, designing character-based graphics, and creating engaging digital assets for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and format animated video content for social media platforms
• Design character graphics, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for campaigns
• Apply motion graphics and animation techniques where required
• Maintain high-quality visuals aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with the creative team to meet deadlines and content objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic designing (animation background preferred)
• Degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics & animation
• Adobe Photoshop – image editing
• Adobe Illustrator – vector/character design
• Adobe Animate (Flash) – 2D character animation
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition (or similar) for audio syncing/editing
• Experience in designing and formatting content for YouTube, Instagram Reels/Stories, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Strong sense of character design, thumbnails, and social media trends

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick-turnaround creatives
• Knowledge of Blender or Cinema4D for basic 3D/motion graphics
• Understanding of social media optimization (formats, sizes, export settings)

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
• Salary: ₹20,000/- per month
• Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune, Maharashtra
