Jr. Engineer - Production/QC

As a GET/Jr. Engineer - Production/Quality at Altis Industries Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes through the design and modification of equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components. Your role will also involve preparing product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. It is essential to understand project requirements and diligently complete all assigned duties under the guidance of the Senior team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the system and product database by writing computer programs and entering relevant data. A key aspect of your role will be to measure the performance of mechanical components, devices, and engines. As you progress in the company, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as production, quality control, machine handling, and machine operations, with the potential for promotion to a specific department based on your performance. To excel in this role, you should possess good interpersonal skills and demonstrate a proactive attitude. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Production or a Diploma in a related field such as B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent.
