Jr. Engineer

As a SQC - Jr. Engineer at Hitachi Astemo Rajasthan Brake Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Neemrana, Rajasthan, India, you will be responsible for supplier handling of new development parts. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of various commodities including Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, and Plating. Your role will involve conducting new supplier evaluations through process and system audits, preparing PPAP documents, and compiling APQP data. Timely inspection of NPD child parts, familiarity with IMDS, ELV, and ROHS, data presentation, MSA, Layout of Child Parts, and process capability study will also be part of your responsibilities. Meeting the requirements of MCP is crucial. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and skills in auditing (System & Process), PPAP & APQP documentation, as well as lay out of child parts & Feasibility study. Possessing personal attributes such as result orientation, collaboration & teamwork, and good communication skills will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively.
