Jr DBMS Executive

The Jr DBMS Executive at TekWissen Group in Vishakhapatnam, working onsite in a full-time role during US Shifts, plays a supportive role within the recruiting platform's personalization DBMS Team. In this position, you will coordinate the continuous evolution of the Database Platforms Personalization capabilities and experiences. Your responsibilities will include job board management, encompassing priority definition, planning, development, deployment, measurement, iteration, and support. You will be embedded with the dedicated Personalization Product Team and report to the Personalization Product Analyst, engaging collaboratively with other product teams to drive the delivery of personalization capabilities. Your key responsibilities will revolve around maintaining various types of job boards for the global recruitment team, ensuring the confidentiality of job board data, managing remote systems, overseeing the resume database, and maintaining data sheets. You will access job aggregators through VPN, AWS, or Azure EC2 Machines, post jobs while validating spellings and confidential information, send matching resumes for specific job roles from the database, send bulk emails for C2C positions using Oorwin and Pro Hires, and update candidates" EEOC details in the resource portal.
