Job Description

Role Description

This is a FULL TIME on-site/remote role for a Jr. BIM MODELER. The Jr. BIM MODELER will be responsible for tasks such as creating architectural and construction drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), point cloud to BIM projects

Qualifications:

BE/Diploma/Degree Civil or Architectural only

Exp: 0.6 to 2 years

Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience in Construction Drawings and Submittals
Knowledge of relevant software for BIM
Ability to interpret and implement local building codes and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Required)

Experience:

Revit: 1 year (Required)
AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
