Jr. Art Director

Role Overview: As a Junior Art Director at Tempest Advertising Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing creative campaigns across various platforms. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in advertising/design with a strong portfolio. - Excellent conceptualization and visualization skills. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools. - Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and campaign design. - Creativity, proactiveness, and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Enjoy team collaboration while capable of taking ownership of ideas. - Alignment with Tempest's core values in work and communication.
