Key Responsibilities Oversee complete site operations including planning, execution, and supervision. Lead O&M activities, ensuring equipment performance and operational reliability. Supervise site staff, contractors, and vendors. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operation reports. Coordinate with management for resource planning and issue resolution. Implement cost optimization and efficiency improvement measures. Requirements B.Tech Mechanical with 10–12 years of O&M experience. Experience in Cement Industry operations is mandatory. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a large team and site operations independently.
