Proficiency in payroll processing, Leave Management, Ensuring timely and accurate salary distributions. Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Conduct employee orientations to introduce organizational culture and values. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information. Support performance management processes by coordinating reviews and feedback sessions. Resolve employee grievances and disputes effectively and in a timely manner. Contribute to the development of HR training programs and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports and metrics to analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements. Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs to foster community and morale. Update and maintain job descriptions and organizational structure documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times. Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address HR needs and challenges. Support exit interview processes and implement strategies to reduce turnover.
