About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and build relationships with potential clients seeking property opportunities. 2. Conduct property viewings, explain features, and provide detailed information to prospective buyers. 3. Stay updated on regional and National market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive offerings. 4. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics regularly. 5. Collaborate with your senior and other teammates for smooth transaction execution. 6. Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases. 7. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and local regulations. 8. Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries. 9. Do a cold call on a regular basis.
