Your primary mission is to build and nurture long-term relationships with travel agents throughout Kerala, acting as a trusted advisor to help them grow their business using our portal. You will be responsible for a multi-stage engagement process, from initial contact to securing repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Proactively contact a portfolio of travel agents in Kerala to introduce them to our portal and build a strong professional relationship. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand the travel agents' current visa processes, their pain points, and their business goals. Use this information to demonstrate how our portal provides a superior solution. Client Onboarding & Activation: Guide travel agents through the registration process and provide portal training. Strategically follow up to ensure they are actively using the platform for their visa solutions. Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for travel agents who are hesitant or not yet using the portal. Identify their specific objections and work to overcome them in a friendly and professional manner. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and client progress in our CRM system. Analyze client activity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market Insight: Gather feedback from travel agents on their needs and industry trends to help us continuously improve our product and service offerings.
