Role Description

This is an internship position for a Journalism Intern, and it is remote. The intern will research stories, gather information, write articles, and assist with proofreading and editing tasks. Responsibilities also include conducting interviews, fact-checking, and ensuring content aligns with the company’s standards. The intern will contribute to a variety of journalistic formats, including investigative pieces and exclusive stories, while collaborating with teams like NT Bangla for localized reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in research and fact-checking
• Experience or interest in interviewing and storytelling
• Familiarity with digital journalism and content production tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of current events and an understanding of global and local news trends.
