As a Journal Publisher at our company located in Nagercoil, you will be responsible for managing the publishing process of a journal. Your role will involve acquiring content, collaborating with authors and editors, overseeing production, marketing the journal, and ensuring its sales reach the target audience. Your key responsibilities will include: Content Acquisition: You will review potential materials for publishing and negotiate terms with creators and managers. Collaboration: Working closely with authors and editors to enhance the text, and collaborating with design professionals for layouts and cover designs. Production: Developing timelines for production and overseeing the entire production process. Marketing: Creating and executing marketing campaigns, as well as organizing promotional events. Sales: Liaising with sales teams and booksellers to ensure effective distribution of content. Operations: Overseeing all departments within the company, including editorial and production. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in journal publishing. The salary offered for this position is 12k.
