JollyBee Entertainments, a brand-new animation studio, is looking for a versatile and creative individual to be one of our first hires. This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team and have a significant impact on our brand's growth and creative direction. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours. Role: Animator & Video Editor Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills) Working Hours: Flexible About the Role: As an Animator & Video Editor, you'll be a key creative force behind our brand, bringing our animated stories to life from concept to completion. You will handle everything from character design and animation to final video editing, helping us establish a strong, unique identity in the children's entertainment space. Key Responsibilities: Creative & Technical Lead: Take ownership of the animation pipeline, from initial character design and rigging to final rendering and video editing. Character & Asset Creation: Design and model compelling 2D/3D cartoon characters, backgrounds, and props, primarily using Blender. Animation & Storytelling: Create high-quality animations with fluid movements, expressive rigging, and excellent storytelling tailored for a young audience. End-to-End Production: Edit video footage, adding sound effects, visual effects, and music to produce polished, high-quality content ready for distribution. Brand Building: Help define the visual style and animation standards for the company. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1+ years of proven professional experience in 3D animation and video editing. A strong portfolio showcasing your work, with a focus on character design, modeling, rigging, and animation. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Blender is essential. Familiarity with other animation or graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Creative & Independent Spirit: A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent understanding of storytelling, timing, and pacing for children's content.
