Company Description Jois Design House is a Bengaluru based architecture and interior design studio. We create practical, timeless and detail oriented spaces, from old home makeovers to new builds. We listen, we care and we bring our clients’ ideas to life with honesty and quality. Role Description We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Strategist to join us at our Bengaluru South office. This is an end to end role where you’ll plan, create and post content, keep the brand active online and build strong visibility across platforms. You will also coordinate project photoshoots, work with photographers, manage timelines and help pitch our completed projects to design publications. Since we are a small and fast moving team, we need someone who is proactive, dynamic and ready to take full ownership. You will work directly with the founder and shape how the brand shows up online. Qualifications • Strong understanding of social media marketing and optimisation • Good communication and basic PR skills • Experience in content planning and storytelling • Ability to spot trends and turn them into engaging content • Comfortable coordinating photoshoots and working with photographers • Interest in pitching content to magazines or online publications • Creative, organised, proactive and full of ideas • Experience with design or lifestyle brands is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
