About the job: Business Development (BD) roles focus on expanding the client base, building relationships, and driving revenue. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. 2. Develop and execute strategies to pitch recruitment services to prospective clients. 3. Build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into clients. 4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 5. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the recruitment team. 6. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. 7. Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements. 8. Negotiate terms of service agreements, pricing, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 9. Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs. 10. Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and diversification. 11. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay competitive. 12. Understand the specific hiring needs and challenges of different industries. 13. Work closely with recruiters to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and met. 14. Provide insights into client expectations to help recruiters source the right talent. 15. Facilitate smooth communication between the recruitment team and the client throughout the hiring process. 16. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. 17. Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences. 18. Build the firm's brand as a trusted recruitment partner in the market. 19. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals closed, and progress in CRM tools. 20. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. 21.
