The Sales Executive will engage in daily tasks such as identifying potential clients, promoting and selling company products, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales data to inform strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance business growth. Qualifications Sales skills: Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management Negotiation and communication skills: Strong skills in negotiation, persuasive communication, and presentation Market analysis and strategy: Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and implement them effectively Product knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of paint products and their applications Relevant experience: Previous experience in sales within the paint or construction industry is beneficial Education: Bachelor’s degree, Mba or a related field Strong work ethic and reliability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
