What You’ll Do Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers—understand hiring needs and guide decision-making. Provide market insights to shape hiring strategies and stay ahead of recruiting trends. Serve as a brand ambassador , building strong talent pipelines from diverse sources. Manage the end-to-end hiring process , ensuring a first-class candidate experience. Leverage data-driven recruiting tactics to meet hiring targets. Ensure compliance and maintain consistent communication across HR and business teams. Help build careers by delivering personalized experiences to candidates and clients. What You Bring Must-Haves: 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably non-technical) Strong client and stakeholder management skills Confident communicator and experienced negotiator Familiarity with social media and innovative sourcing methods Able to manage multiple roles and work well under pressure Nice-to-Haves: Passion for recruitment and a consultative approach Strong time management and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
