Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak for an Assistant Manager at Jockey Exclusive Store. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. Key tasks include training and supervising employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, implementing store policies, and achieving sales targets. The Assistant Manager will also assist in merchandising, store layout, and promotional activities to drive sales and meet business objectives. Qualifications Retail Management Skills: Proven experience in managing store operations, staff supervision, and inventory management Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-organized store environment Sales and Marketing Skills: Experience in sales strategies, promotional activities, and achieving sales targets Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train staff Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
