Role We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to head CTC ( Continuously Transposed Conductor ) and PICC (Paper Insulated Copper Conductor) product design and development for power and distribution transformers. You will lead design innovation, ensure manufacturing excellence, and drive process optimization — connecting engineering precision with business performance. Experience Required: 12–15 years in design, manufacturing, and quality of CTC conductors and transformer winding solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead design simulations, analysis, and optimization for performance and reliability. Define Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with costing teams for material and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to national and international standards and client specifications. Identify design and process risks; implement preventive and corrective measures. Represent the company at global forums, conferences, and client meetings. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams for seamless project delivery. Drive automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives in production.
