Job Title: Sales Executive - General Insurance (Telesales / Outbound Sales) Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales / insurance sales preferred Qualification: Any Graduate(with relevant experience) Salary: Upto 3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell general insurance products (Health, Motor, etc.). Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and confidently. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Ensure proper documentation and maintain customer records in CRM. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills. Confidence to handle outbound calls and achieve targets. Basic knowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage.
