Customer Interaction & Product Pitching Explain various credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, annual charges, and offers to potential customers. Match the right credit card product based on the customers income, usage needs, and lifestyle preferences. Resolve customer queries and objections confidently to convert interest into applications. 3. Application Process Handling Collect and verify necessary documents like identity proof, address proof, income proof, and photos. Assist customers in filling out application forms accurately and completely. Submit applications to backend/operations team for processing and ensure timely follow-up. 4.
