Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficient production processes. Optimize resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials. Ensure molds meet quality standards and specifications through effective quality control processes. Collaborate with MR to train, implement & ensure adherence to STEPL QMS policies / procedures. Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve profitability. Ensure that the plant operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards as directed by Head office. Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology upgrades.
