Monitor key metrics (opens, CTRs, bounces, unsubscribes) and recommend data-driven improvements. Strategic Consulting and Industry Best Practices: Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Recommend new tools and automation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Implement governance and compliance measures for GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. Create documentation, knowledge bases, and training resources for internal and client teams. Customer Engagement and Cross-Channel Strategy: Advise clients on lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, and engagement strategy.
