Inventory & Pharmacy Oversight : Managing stock, expiry monitoring, buffer levels, pharmacy sales targets, documentation . Sales & Marketing Acumen : Both ATL and BTL activities, branding, doctor/facilitator engagement . Patient Experience & Feedback Orientation : Ensuring high patient satisfaction, direct interaction, grievance handling.
