We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail electronics store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, sales performance, team management, and inventory control. Our store deals in a wide range of electronics including mobile phones, laptops, air conditioners, televisions, and accessories . Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve performance Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store maintenance Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and staff schedules Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews Implement store promotions and pricing strategies effectively Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of electronic products (mobiles, laptops, ACs, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage a team and meet sales targets Familiarity with POS systems, stock software, and reporting tools Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in business or relevant field) Benefits: Competitive salary with incentives/bonuses Staff discount on products Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,744.69 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
